I Signed-Up on ManxDining.im but I can't Sign-In - why?
In order to finalise your registration please follow the link in the activation email you received when signing up. If you haven't received the activation email in your inbox please look in your spam folder. If you still can't find the activation email please contact us and we will activate your account for you manually.

How can I place a review on ManxDining.im?
Once you have booked a table or ordered a takeaway through ManxDining.im and enjoyed your meal you will be able to place a review. This means we only have genuine reviews on ManxDining.im for the benefit of all users and restaurateurs. Log-In, go to 'My Activity' and press the 'Leave Feedback' button.

I booked a table for dinner at 8 o'clock but the system won't allow it - why?
ManxDining.im uses 24 hour time format. So please book your table for 20:00 and not 08:00 if you want dinner at 8pm.

How can I order a takeaway very quickly?
Just click the 'ASAP' button in the 'Time' field and the system will automatically enter the date and time for when your meal can be delivered / is ready for pick-up.

I have booked a table but need to change the date/time/number of people for my booking – how can I do this?
Log-In to ManxDining.im, go to 'My Activity' and press the relevant 'Change' button for the booking.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay for a takeaway meal?
No, when you arrive at the payment page just click on 'Don't have a PayPal account?' and you can pay with your debit or credit card. When you pay for your takeaway meal by debit or credit card you can choose to save your details with PayPal (they handle all payments for ManxDining.im). Doing this you only need to enter your password next time you pay for your takeaway. Quick & Easy!
