Love Hot Wok! I love the ease of ordering online and delivery times are always right or earlier!
Only thing is that Sweet and Sour dishes are not available through the manx dining ordering! Would be amazing to be able to order S&S dishes online!

Very happy with my order from Hot Wok. It was delivered earlier than expected which was great. The food was delicious. Crispy shredded beef was perfect, the fried rice was nice and light, and the chicken wings were cooked to perfection. I finished everything and felt comfortably full, not bloated as can happen with other Chinese takeaways. Very reasonable prices as well. Hot Wok will definitely be a regular takeaway option for me

Arrived over 90 mins early and I wasn’t at home.
Planned ahead for finishing work. Was noted on order in 2 places for 8pm Almost £30 of
Food in the bin as inedible .
Disappointing as good always good. Wasn’t planning on leaving negative review although no reply to message sent

A friend had ordered from here the night before and said they felt ill but we ignored it as they have allergies. We ordered the same dish and also got a stomach bug/felt ill afterwards.

Disappointed also that the website order form didn’t have Cantonese chicken listed

Normally good service but this was shocking. Rang them after 1hr 10min wait, asked politely how long it will be to be spoken to by a very rude and arrogant man, telling me they serve more than 1 person and I will have to wait 1hr 30mins. If i hadn't paid by card i would have cancelled the order. His attitude was awful and this time the food was rubbish when usually good, how convenient.
